About me
With over 25 years of dedicated services at a local Community Services Board, Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, Jacinta Cobb has built a diverse and impactful career supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. Beginning as an aide and progressing through roles as a case manager and clinician, Jacinta brings a deep understanding of community-based behavioral Health Services and client centered care. Her current role as a Community Clinician responds to mental health emergent calls whereas no police presence. She works in collaboration with The Community Response Team (CRT) birthed from the Marcus Peters Act passed in late 2020.
Throughout her career, Jacinta has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessment, case coordination, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services. Jacinta has intensive experience across multiple roles at RBHA, offers a unique perspective on services delivery and advocacy for individuals with mental health, developmental and substance use needs.
