Mainspring Recovery - locations in Dumfries and Lynchburg for inpatient residential treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health treatment. Length of stay for residential treatment is up to 75 days. We also have a virtual IOP program that includes a Spanish Speaking only track. Staff includes licensed clinicians, certified counselors and peer recovery specialists, medical providers and nursing. We accept all Virginia Medicaid policies, dual Medicare/Medicare policies, and are able to work with commercial/private insurance.
